This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will assist in purchase management, vendor management, and documentation, while ensuring material quality and handling purchase and work orders.Experience : 1 year to 3 yearQualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in purchase and vendor management.
- Proficiency in handling purchase orders and work orders.
- Strong documentation skills including maintaining accurate purchase records.
- Ability to perform material quality checks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of procurement software and tools is a plus.
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of materials and services required by the company.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation for all purchases and ensure records are up to date.
- Conduct material quality checks to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Resolve any issues related to invoices, payments, or discrepancies with vendors.
