The company helps nonprofits achieve success and drive forward into the future.Position Overview:The offshore staff will support our client by managing document formatting, preparing proposals and engagement letters, creating PowerPoint presentations, and potentially handling billing and email management. This role will start as a part-time position with the possibility of scaling to full-time based on performance. The candidate must possess strong MS Office Suite skills, proofreading abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. The working hours are initially from 8:30am-12:30pm Eastern Time. - Complete onboarding process, including understanding company culture, tools, and protocols.
- Review current templates and formatting standards for financial statements, engagement letters, and presentations.
- Initial Document Handling:
- Begin formatting and preparing engagement letters and other documents using existing templates.
- Receive feedback from partners to ensure adherence to company standards and expectations.
First Month:Proficiency Development:
- Achieve proficiency in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as per company requirements.
- Independently format and finalize engagement letters and other documents
Template Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for template improvements and propose changes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with the onshore office manager to implement approved template changes.
First 90 Days:Document Management and Quality Assurance:
- Take full ownership of document formatting tasks, ensuring all financial statements, engagement letters, and presentations are error-free and professionally formatted.
- Develop a checklist for proofreading and formatting to minimize errors and maintain high-quality standards.
Workflow Integration:
- Seamlessly integrate into the team’s workflow, managing document requests promptly and efficiently.
- Begin shadowing billing tasks using BQE software and assist with email management.
First 180 Days:Billing and Email Management:
- Transition into handling billing processes using BQE software, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Take over email management responsibilities, ensuring efficient communication and organization.
First Year:Process Enhancement and Efficiency:
- Lead initiatives to streamline document formatting and management processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of new templates and standards to support the growing needs of the company and its clients.
