Descripción de funciones: Company Description AM Eterna Sdn Bhd (AME) is an online reading center in Malaysia operating under the brand name Read Hero. With 23 years of experience in physical reading classes and 3 branches across the Klang Valley, AME transitioned to online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Read Hero has successfully helped over 3,000 students aged 4 to 12 improve their reading skills through online classes, aiming to reduce illiteracy rates in Malaysia and internationally. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Reading Tutor. The Reading Tutor will be responsible for conducting online classes and implementing reading intervention techniques. The tutor will help students improve their literacy skills and provide effective communication to ensure successful learning outcomes. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in Bahasa & English Experience with online tutoring & Zoom platform Patience and empathy towards students Experience in education or related field is a plus Only for local candidates Responsibilities Conduct online reading classes & implement techniques as per Tutor Guidelines Able to follow provided Training sessions (online) accordingly Work hours: 7.50PM – 9.40PM (Monday to Thursday)
