As a Part-Time Podcast Booker, you will secure podcast bookings for a client looking to promote his new book and services. Your role will involve building a list of ideal podcasts, doing outreach via email and LinkedIn, and following up to nurture leads. Your proven success in securing podcast bookings targeting business owners, leaders, and executives will be essential in achieving the client’s promotional goals.RequirementsWhat you’ll do:

  • Build a list of ideal podcasts for the client to be featured on, with input from the client.
  • Conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn to secure podcast bookings.
  • Follow up and nurture leads to ensure successful bookings.
  • Target high-level podcasts that cater to business owners, leaders, and executives.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand his book and services, tailoring the outreach to highlight key selling points.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, follow-ups, and booked appearances.
  • Ensure all podcast bookings align with the client’s promotional strategy and goals.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in securing podcast bookings for clients, with a focus on high-level podcasts.
  • Strong understanding of podcasting, particularly within the business and leadership niche.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Proficiency in using email and LinkedIn for outreach and follow-up.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and persistent approach to securing podcast bookings.
