You will be working alongside with other software engineers on next generation (configuration) tools for lighting products, such as LED drivers and IoT lighting control devices.Working for Signify means being creative and adaptive. Through our leadership in connected lighting and the Internet of Things, we’re breaking new grounds in data analytics, AI, and smart homes, offices, cities and more!As the Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of the web applications and back-end cloud solutions. You are highly skilled in information technology and equipped with great problem-solving and leadership abilities. Fluency in multiple programming languages, frameworks and tools is a must. You are skilled in Object Oriented Analysis and Design. You have expertise in Amazon Web Services products like containers and developer tools. - Work with System Architect, Product Owner and Architect to understand customer requirements
- Translate the aligned SW architecture into a good quality and maintainable implementation
- Lead in design, implementation and Unit Testing of new features
- Review design and implementation
- Actively contribute in Agile team process
Your qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Science, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in product development for Web applications and Cloud back-end solutions, with at least 4 years of experience with aspects of cloud services: Microservices, APIs, HiveMQ, OAuth, distributed services, performance, REST, JSON
- Experience in Angular, JavaScript, RxJS, TypeScript, Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to ensure consistency in the look and feel of the Web UI
- Working experience with Bitbucket and Jira
