Descripción de funciones: JOB OVERVIEWAs an FB Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, and Google. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling ad strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies on Facebook, YouTube, and Google platforms.
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) goals.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to ensure targeted and effective ad delivery.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize reach and impact.Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing successful ad campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and advertising best practices.
Proficiency in using ad management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
