Descripción de funciones: Band 6, Point 1-2 equivalent to Agenda for Change Pro Rata.We are looking to recruit a Diabetic Nurse to join our GP surgery. This position involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, aiming to provide comprehensive diabetes management and education to patients in the community.We are keen to recruit a specialist diabetic nurse who enjoys working independently and within our friendly and close knit multidisciplinary team.The role would involve running your own diabetic clinic and the management of other chronic diseases (i.e. hypertension).
