We consider our team to be our greatest asset and our goal is to be the number one employer in the property sector, the place where people want to join, grow and belong.Development Internship (Sydney)As a Development intern you will align to our Masterplanned Community, Apartments or Commercial Mixed-Use teams and work closely with our Development Managers, attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders to understand the projects in depth; as well as gaining experience in tasks ranging from administration of our contract obligations with contractors, tenants and suppliers; and purchase orders and invoicing.Your time will be balanced with office and project sites. For some of the projects you will be required to drive.Our apartments and masterplanned communities are carefully designed with our customers in mind, and we keep sustainability and social connection at the heart of every development. With our overarching purpose to reimagine urban life, our commercial mixed-use developments blend office, retail, residential and community spaces.Internship highlights

Am I eligible for the Internship program?If you meet the following criteria, please apply:
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week
- Hold a Driver Licence and have access to a car
- Penultimate year of your Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Property Economics, Valuations, Planning or Civil Engineering and due to graduate in 2025
- Curious, with a genuine interest in property development
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Collaborative nature, with the ability to form strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
