Descripción de funciones: Our Client is looking for Community Marketing Manager who is responsible for building, growing and managing the company’s community online and engaging with customers and fans through social media and live events.Having 3 – 5 Years of experiencein events, startups and content creation. They should be able to pick up on new systems quickly, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy creating relationships with customers.Job Responsibilities:Develop a partner ecosystem and run paid in person events as a series with coordination across the programming teamsManage communication with existing learners around special programmingSupport the retention team by running parallel in person events with global programmingSupport the activation team to onboard learners from communitiesSupport the business teams to work on communication and activation for partnershipsSource part time writers to work on project-based eventsManage and work on guide and learner stories emanating from retention programmingWorking on experiments outside of the classroomMandatory Requirements:Should have handled a team3 – 5 Years of experiencePreferred Requirements:Should have handled online communityQualitiesShould have a deep empathy for older adultsShould be a “people person”Excellent communication and management skillsContent creation both written and visualDetail oriented, courteous, self-motivatedEligibility Criteria:Bachelor’s degreeSocial Media MarketingWhat’s for the Candidate8 – 10 LPAJob Location(s)RemoteAbout the Organisation:Our client is the largest and fastest-growing online community of older adults who want to learn, connect and do wonderful things.
