Duties:
- The candidates initially will be employed as a Business Analysts/Project Managers in divisions such as Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, IT, Procurement, Retail Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, E Commerce, Supply Chain, Distribution Centre’s, Logistics etc.
- Once you have learned the holistic business environment and understand the underlying business operations and you have developed sufficiently, you will be promoted to more senior roles.
- Similar succession planning projects resulted in candidates eventually being promoted to Divisional CFO, COO, CIO, Operations Executive, General Manager, Managing Director positions.
