Descripción de funciones: Job Responsibility Accounting Support Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes. Maintain financial records with accurate data entry. Aid in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions. Support in preparing financial reports and presentations. Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls, including petty cash. Ensure proper processing and recording of supplier invoices and purchase orders. Prepare part-time payments. Process bank deposits and update accounting records in the system and Excel. Administrative Support Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents. Coordinate scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks. Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries professionally. Aid in inventory management and procurement processes Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in accounting. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & Word), Cloud online systems such as Google Drive and OneDrive. Proficiency in accounting software (Financio is an added bonus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Comfortable working paperless as all our systems are online. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Having your own transport is an advantage.
